Yong (Peter) Lian is an IEEE Fellow and Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science, Lassonde School of Engineering, York University, Canada. He previously served as Provost's Chair Professor at the National University of Singapore. His research spans biomedical circuits and systems, low-power integrated circuits, and digital signal processing. He is a candidate for 2027 IEEE Technical Activities Vice President-Elect.
